My Approach to Individual Psychotherapy
My dream clients are individuals who have a history of substance use and are seeking meaningful, lasting change. Many of them struggle with underlying trauma and ongoing challenges such as mood dysregulation, depression, and PTSD. These clients are often deeply resilient, even if they don’t yet see it in themselves, and are ready, at their own pace, to explore their patterns, heal from past wounds, and reclaim a sense of self. I feel honored to walk alongside people in this stage of their journey, helping them build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and reconnect with their values and goals.
Individual therapy also known as psychotherapy or talk therapy may be helpful in addressing and treating a variety of health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship issues, sexuality and alternate issues.
